A 1930s property sympathetically brought up to date. This total refurbishment required significant remodelling of the interior space; opening up smaller rooms to create larger areas, stripping back the existing woodwork to create a lighter, airier feel, full lighting and electrical installation including audio and visual, total re-planning and refurbishment of all bathrooms, kitchen and utility room. The final look was achieved with bespoke joinery, furniture, light fittings and lamps, curtaining, cushions, headboards, rugs and accessories.
The hard landscaping was also undertaken at both the front and back of the property, so that it flowed seamlessly from the interiors that had been created. A full garden lighting design was also undertaken.
